Platform support / Avetta®

A clearer path through
your Avetta® account.

CMS helps contractors manage Avetta® prequalification paperwork and account updates. We work from your client connections, requested documents and accurate company information—not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

For contractors responding to customer requirements

If a customer has invited your company to Avetta®, or your current account needs attention, CMS can help you understand the administrative work involved. Requirements can vary between client connections.

What CMS handles

  • Registration and account setup assistance.
  • Prequalification questionnaires and company-profile updates.
  • Uploads of requested insurance and supporting documents.
  • Written safety-program documentation support.
  • Follow-up on missing or outdated account information.

Keep client-specific requirements in view

Your company profile may serve more than one client. CMS can help organize the requested information, but a document accepted for one connection may not satisfy another. Your hiring client and the platform control their own review decisions.

Common problems are often connection-specific

A new customer invitation can bring unfamiliar questionnaires or supporting-document requests. An existing connection may need updated insurance or a corrected company profile. CMS helps distinguish a shared company-information issue from a request made by a particular hiring client. That distinction helps your team avoid treating every account item as the same task.

A process built around your client connections

  1. List the clients and requested work

Start with your invitation or the connections needing attention. Explain whether you need registration help, outstanding-item support or ongoing management.

  2. Separate shared information from client requests

CMS reviews the administrative requirements in the agreed scope. Your company confirms business details and directs insurance requests to its licensed agent.

  3. Prepare and authorize the account updates

CMS supports questionnaires, document organization and uploads. Your team approves the information used for each applicable connection.

  4. Plan for subsequent changes

Discuss how CMS receives updated records or new client requests during ongoing management. Platform fees and hiring-client decisions remain separate.

Your side of the partnership

What remains your responsibility

  • Provide current company details and truthful questionnaire answers.
  • Arrange appropriate insurance coverage with your insurance agent.
  • Review submitted documentation and implement your safety procedures.
  • Keep subscriptions and direct client obligations current.

Your next step

Start with the Avetta® invitation or client request.

Tell CMS which connection needs help, whether the account already exists and what documentation has been requested. We can discuss an account-management scope around that workload.

Speak with CMS
Can CMS help with more than one Avetta® client connection?

Tell CMS which clients are connected to your account. Multi-client administrative work can be discussed as part of your scope; each client’s requirements need to be reviewed separately.

Can CMS issue or change my insurance certificate?

No. Your licensed insurance agent or insurer issues insurance documents and handles coverage changes. CMS can help identify requested documentation and coordinate uploads.

What if a new client asks for different documentation?

Give CMS the actual request and identify the client connection. CMS can discuss the additional administrative work and whether it falls within your existing scope. Do not assume another client’s accepted document meets the new request.

Is CMS affiliated with Avetta®?

No. CMS provides independent administrative support. Avetta® retains control of its platform, review process and fees.
