Platform support / ComplyWorks®

Keep your ComplyWorks®
information organized.

CMS provides independent administrative support for contractors using ComplyWorks®. We start with the requirements your customer has asked you to address, then agree which account updates, questionnaires and documents CMS handles.

For an invitation, an existing account or changing company information

A hiring client may ask you to provide company information through ComplyWorks®. You may already have an account but need help assembling records or keeping information current. CMS discusses the specific request and your existing workload before proposing administrative support. No particular subscription package, geographic coverage or portal feature is assumed here.

When the information is spread across your team

Account work can stall when one person holds insurance documents, another maintains company records and someone else answers client questionnaires. A request may also refer to an older document or an answer that no longer reflects your operations. CMS helps organize the requested material around a clear information owner. Your team decides what is accurate and provides the current records.

What CMS can handle within an agreed scope

  • Account setup and company-information update assistance.
  • Questionnaire preparation from answers your company verifies.
  • Organization and upload of documents requested for your account.
  • Insurance and OSHA record documentation support based on records you supply.
  • Written-program documentation support where requested and separately scoped.
  • Follow-up on outstanding administrative items and subsequent account updates.

A practical process for the requested information

  1. Describe the customer’s request

Tell CMS who has requested the account work, whether you have an existing account and what information is outstanding. A brief description is enough for the initial conversation.

  2. Identify the source of each record

Your company names the person who can verify questionnaire answers, supply current documents and approve submissions. Insurance coverage questions go to your licensed agent or insurer.

  3. Agree access and administrative scope

CMS confirms the work it can handle and how information is shared. Do not put passwords, employee identifiers or incident details in the public form.

  4. Update and review

CMS organizes the agreed account work using the information provided. Your team checks the answers and documents, authorizes submissions and supplies replacement records when circumstances change.

An account record is not a compliance guarantee

An upload shows that information was submitted; it does not establish that every client obligation or workplace requirement has been satisfied. ComplyWorks® and your hiring client control their own review decisions. CMS does not promise approval, a particular status, a contract award or a fixed review time. Platform subscription charges are separate unless your written scope expressly says otherwise.

Your side of the partnership

What remains your responsibility

  • Verify company details, questionnaire answers and the accuracy of supplied records.
  • Provide current insurance documents and arrange coverage changes with your agent.
  • Review written programs and implement the procedures and worker training your operations require.
  • Authorize account access and submissions through the agreed process.
  • Meet direct hiring-client obligations and keep required platform subscriptions current.

Your next step

Start with the information your client needs.

Tell CMS that you use ComplyWorks®, describe the outstanding request and mention any deadline. CMS can confirm the account-management scope and the information needed from your team.

Discuss my ComplyWorks® account

Straight answers

A few good questions.

Not sure where your account stands? Start with a conversation.

Speak with CMS
Can CMS help if my ComplyWorks® account already exists?

Yes. Describe the existing account and the requested work. CMS can discuss document organization and account updates rather than assuming you need a new registration. Account access and the service scope are confirmed before work begins.

What if I cannot find the document a client is asking for?

Tell CMS what has been requested and who normally maintains that record. CMS can help organize the administrative response, but cannot invent a record or verify an event that did not occur. Your team must supply accurate underlying information.

Can CMS reuse documents from my other platforms?

Existing documents may be a useful starting point, but they need review against the specific request and your current operations. Do not assume that an upload accepted elsewhere satisfies your ComplyWorks® account or hiring client.

Are ComplyWorks® charges included in CMS fees?

Confirm all fees in the agreed written scope. CMS administrative services and third-party platform charges are different items; no bundled subscription arrangement is promised here.

Is CMS affiliated with ComplyWorks®?

No. Compliance Management Services is independent and is not endorsed, sponsored, approved by or affiliated with ComplyWorks®. The platform name identifies the account CMS can help you manage.
