Platform support / ISNetworld®
Make sense of your
ISNetworld® requirements.
CMS provides independent administrative support for contractors using ISNetworld®. We help organize account setup, questionnaires, written programs and insurance documentation around the requirements shown in your account.
For new accounts and unresolved requirements
This service is for contractors joining ISNetworld® at a customer’s request or needing help maintaining an existing account. Tell us which hiring clients you are connected to and which account items need attention.
What CMS handles
- Account review and setup assistance.
- MSQ questionnaire support using verified company information.
- RAVS written-program documentation and revision support.
- Insurance document uploads and coordination of missing information.
- Recurring document and account updates within your agreed scope.
When an account item keeps coming back
An incomplete questionnaire, a returned written program and an insurance request call for different responses. CMS works from the actual account comments rather than assuming a new manual will resolve every item. Your team supplies the underlying records; CMS helps organize the administrative response. If the issue concerns incident history or an insurance coverage gap, changing the wording of a document does not change those facts.
From review comments to an organized response
Identify the account items
Tell CMS which hiring clients are connected, what is outstanding and whether you have a deadline. Account access is agreed separately; never send a password through the public form.
Match each request to its source
CMS separates questionnaire information, written-program comments and insurance requests. You identify who can verify each answer, and your agent handles any coverage question.
Review before submission
CMS supports revisions and uploads within the agreed scope. Your company checks that answers and programs reflect its actual operations before authorizing submission.
Track the next account action
If additional review comments arrive, CMS can discuss the next administrative action. Platform review and hiring-client evaluation remain outside CMS’s control.
A submitted document is not an approval
A platform review, hiring-client evaluation and actual workplace compliance are different things. CMS can support the administrative process, but cannot determine a hiring client’s acceptance criteria or promise a particular grade.
Your side of the partnership
What remains your responsibility
- Supply accurate answers, OSHA records and insurance documents.
- Review written programs for your actual operations and implement them.
- Approve submitted information and maintain your platform subscription.
- Meet the hiring client’s contractual and site-specific requirements.
Straight answers
A few good questions.
Not sure where your account stands? Start with a conversation.
Speak with CMSCan CMS help with a rejected written program?
CMS can review the feedback and help revise the written documentation within the agreed scope. Share the exact review comments through an agreed secure channel; acceptance remains the platform reviewer’s decision.
Can you guarantee a green grade?
No. Account grades depend on your business information and the requirements of each hiring client. CMS does not guarantee a grade, approval or contract award.
Should questionnaire answers match the written programs?
Both should accurately describe your company. CMS can help identify inconsistencies in the information provided, but your team must confirm the actual practices. Do not claim a procedure is implemented simply because it appears in a manual.
Is CMS part of ISNetworld®?
No. CMS is an independent service provider and is not endorsed, sponsored, approved by or affiliated with ISNetworld® or ISN Software Corporation.
