Platform support / Veriforce® & PEC®
Keep the account details
from slowing you down.
CMS helps contractors manage Veriforce®/PEC® account documentation and prequalification requirements. We clarify the requested administrative items and organize the information your company needs to provide.
Start with the system your customer actually uses
A client invitation may refer to Veriforce®, PEC® or a specific portal or program. Send CMS the platform name and a brief description of the request—not your password—so we can discuss the appropriate support.
What CMS handles
- Account setup and company-profile assistance.
- Questionnaires using your confirmed company information.
- Required document organization and uploads.
- Written safety-program documentation support.
- Ongoing administrative updates within the agreed service scope.
Account support is not worker qualification
Managing account paperwork does not replace required training, operator qualification, certification or field evaluations. CMS is not presented here as a training provider or safety-engineering firm. Any additional service must be separately confirmed.
Do not treat every request as an account task
A customer may ask for company documentation alongside a worker’s training record or a qualification requirement. Missing paperwork and missing training are not the same problem. CMS can help organize the administrative items in scope, while your company verifies whether the underlying training or qualification has actually been completed. A document upload cannot create a qualification.
Clarify the request before arranging support
Identify the named portal or program
Describe the client’s invitation and the exact system or program it names. This avoids assuming that every request referring to PEC® has the same scope.
Separate company records from worker obligations
CMS discusses which items are account administration. Your team identifies who holds the training, qualification or operational records and who can verify them.
Agree the document work
Confirm the company-profile, questionnaire, written-program and upload tasks CMS handles. Any training, evaluation or other service must be separately confirmed.
Review the administrative updates
Your company approves the accuracy of submissions. CMS supports the agreed updates and follow-up; the client and platform retain their own acceptance decisions.
Your side of the partnership
What remains your responsibility
- Provide accurate records and verify account submissions.
- Ensure workers complete the training and qualifications required for their work.
- Implement written procedures and meet jobsite obligations.
- Maintain any subscriptions and meet client-specific requirements.
Straight answers
A few good questions.
Not sure where your account stands? Start with a conversation.
Speak with CMSDoes account management include worker training?
Do not assume it does. This service describes administrative account and documentation support. Discuss any training or qualification requirement with CMS before agreeing the scope.
Can CMS help if I am not sure which PEC® portal I need?
Start with your hiring client’s invitation or the portal name. CMS can review the administrative request and confirm whether it falls within the services offered.
Can I upload a training record instead of completing a requirement?
A record must represent training or qualification that actually occurred. Your company remains responsible for satisfying the requirement, not simply providing an upload. Discuss questions about the underlying requirement with the responsible training or qualification provider.
Is CMS endorsed by Veriforce® or PEC®?
No. CMS is an independent provider and is not endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with Veriforce® or PEC®.
