Contractor Compliance
Platform Help

Need to sign in—or need help with what’s inside your account? Find the right team for the problem, with official contacts and a clear explanation of what CMS handles.

CMS is independent. We do not operate these platforms and cannot provide official login, password, billing, subscription, technical support or platform-owned account access. Official links below leave the CMS website; they are provided for your convenience, not as an endorsement or affiliation.

Choose the right next step

What kind of help do you need?

Separate a platform-access problem from a compliance requirement before contacting either team.

01 / Platform-owned systems

Official platform support

The platform operator handles the system and your access to it.

  • Login or password problems
  • Billing or subscription questions
  • Technical errors and system problems
  • Platform-owned account access or ownership

02 / Compliance-account administration

CMS account assistance

CMS helps organize requirements using information your company verifies.

  • Questionnaires and account completion
  • Unresolved grades, scores and qualification requirements
  • Safety programs and document submissions
  • Insurance coordination with your agent
  • Hiring-client documentation requirements
  • Administrative responses to corrective actions or variance requests, and ongoing account monitoring
Request an account review

Availability and scope are agreed with CMS. A variance, corrective-action response or submission does not guarantee acceptance or a changed grade.

Official contacts / No platform logos

Find your platform’s own support.

U.S. contractor contacts are prioritized. Where a line is global or general, it is labeled accordingly.

Confirm the portal named in your hiring client’s invitation. Platform names and contact information do not imply that CMS operates, is certified by or partners with any listed platform.

Make the conversation useful

Before you contact official support.

A clear description helps the platform identify your account and understand the problem.

Do not share passwords, MFA codes, payment details or sensitive employee records with CMS through the public form. Follow the platform’s own secure process for verification.

  1. Identify the company and the exact portal

Have your company name, platform/account identifier if available, registered email and the login address you used. Identify your role and whether you are authorized to act for the company.

  2. Describe the problem precisely

Note the error message, when it happened, the device/browser and the steps you took. Redact confidential information from any screenshot.

  3. Separate access from requirements

Can you sign in? Is there a technical failure, a billing question or a reviewer’s request? Keep the client name and the actual request available.

  4. Keep the context together

Have the relevant deadline, an existing support-ticket reference and what you already tried. Use secure channels for invoices or account records when the platform requests them.

Access issue or account issue?

A few common situations.

I cannot sign in, reset my password or access my company account.
Official platform support

The platform controls credentials, account ownership and access permissions. CMS cannot bypass that process.

My subscription charge is wrong or I need to change a plan.
Official platform support

Billing, platform subscriptions, refunds and platform-owned access belong with the operator—not CMS.

An upload button fails or the site displays a technical error.
Official platform support

Report the error and the steps that reproduce it. A technical failure is different from a reviewer returning a submitted document.

I can sign in, but an insurance document or written program was returned.
CMS account assistance

CMS can help review the administrative request and organize documentation. Your agent handles coverage changes, and the reviewer decides whether a submission meets its criteria.

The account is active, but a hiring client’s qualification requirement is unresolved.
CMS account assistance

CMS can help identify the outstanding information and discuss an accurate response. The client retains its qualification and acceptance decisions.

An important distinction

An active account is not the same as qualification.

An active login or paid subscription means you have platform access. It does not mean every questionnaire is complete, every document is current or every hiring client has accepted your company.

Qualification may remain unresolved because information is missing, insurance does not match a request, written programs need revisions or a client applies criteria to your company’s actual records. Requirements can differ between clients using the same account.

CMS can help review the administrative items and organize a truthful response. We cannot alter historical facts, decide insurance coverage, authorize a variance or promise a grade, approval, qualification or hiring-client acceptance. Contractors remain responsible for actual safety practices, training and accurate information.

If the issue is the requirement—not the technology

Let’s look at what your account needs.

Tell CMS which platform you use and what your client has requested. We can discuss the administrative scope and your next step—without promising acceptance or a particular result.
